mugunghwa opens second location

el cerrito-based restaurants seem to be multiplying this summer.

korean restaurant mugunghwa has been open for less than a year at 10140 san pablo avenue in el cerrito, but has already garnered a devoted following and many, many positive reviews for its soups, stews, fried chicken, noodle dishes and other specialties. it now boasts a second location in temescal, having replaced its recently-closed sister restaurant under the same owners, hancook.

the new mugunghwa oakland is open for lunch and dinner at 4315 telegraph avenue in oakland.
